1.1 Age Restriction

To open an account on hi bajee and participate in any game or betting activity, the member must be at least 21 years of age. For ages 21+

To verify age, hi bajee may at any time request a member's identity document, birth registration certificate, or similar document. If adequate proof is not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one hi bajee account. Registering multiple accounts from the same individual, household, or address is prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, hi bajee reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances.

1.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — full name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information, or failing to verify that information later, will be considered a breach of these terms.

2.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account username, password, and OTP confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone, and allowing third parties to use the account is prohibited.

If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, hi bajee's support team must be notified immediately. hi bajee will not be held responsible for any loss arising from third-party use of the account.

2.2 Account Suspension and Closure

hi bajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of these terms
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or obtaining bonuses through dishonest means
• Evidence of bonus abuse
• Suspicion of operating multiple accounts
• Failure to verify age or identity

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on hi bajee is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the member's own name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. hi bajee generally processes withdrawals within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request. If not verified, the request may remain pending.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are available for withdrawals.

3.3 Withdrawal Before Completing Bonus Wagering

If a withdrawal is requested after accepting a bonus but before completing the required wagering, that bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled. Only the original deposited amount may be withdrawn.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

hi bajee gives new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

• The bonus applies once only, on the first deposit
• This bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account
• There is a set time limit to complete bonus wagering; the bonus expires at the end of that period

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Any strategy to abuse the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts, avoiding wagering requirements through betting patterns, or any other improper means — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the bonus forfeited.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback

hi bajee's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier receives weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback

Cashback is automatically added to the account on a weekly basis. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular activity.

6.1 Finality of Game Results

hi bajee's game software uses a Random Number Generator (RNG). The result of each game round is independent and final. If a game round remains incomplete due to a technical error, hi bajee reserves the right to void that round and return the stake amount.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Sports Betting Policy
